Every Bradley
Jenks Cheer
Every Bradley, a Jenks High School varsity cheerleader, is the definition of a student-athlete. Academics are always a focus for Bradley.
“I think Jenks has the perfect combination of accountability and understanding when it comes to academics and athletics. I feel our athletic program keeps consistent with a very high standard so there is a more positive outcome through all the sports we offer here at JHS,” said Bradley. “My favorite subject in school is math. My mom is the math department director for Epic Charter Schools and has always had a huge influence on me in the mathematics area.”
Bradley is a member of FCCLA, Key Club, STUCO, and she is a Jenks Superfan.
“I absolutely love getting to be a part of so many clubs and having the opportunity to learn more about each and every one of them,” said Bradley.
But cheer wasn’t always the sport of choice. Bradley spent time competitive dance as well.
“I danced competitively for 12 years and going into seventh grade I knew I wanted to be a part of a school affiliated sport as well. I made varsity cheer as a freshman and decided to no longer continue dance going further. I have always loved cheerleading. I love that Jenks cheer highlights competition performances and sideline cheerleading as well. My favorite part of being on JVC is getting to connect with the community and going to events in uniform,” said Bradley.
As a member of the cheer squad, Bradley said she loves the energy of the crowds.
“I absolutely love the football games. I especially love getting the opportunity to perform during pep-rallies and halftime. I think our game days are so much fun. Having time to get ready all together in the locker room and even catching up with one another outside of practice. I feel so connected with my team and the other sports at Jenks and I love staying involved. I think we all bring so much positivity into the cheer room and we have so much in common,” said Bradley.
The future graduate said she would like to attend college after high school.
“I want to major in architecture and minor in interior design. I was raised in an OU loving home, so I of course plan on attending Oklahoma University. I would love to rush a sorority once I get there to stay involved and meet amazing new people,” said Bradley.
As for the Class of 2026?
“I want my class to be remembered for effort. I want to be recognized for the academic and athletic accomplishments we have all an achieved throughout high school,” said Bradley.
